IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Report to the Head of Information Systems Delivery, the PM is required to ensure that the strategic technology and business objectives are met by supervising and delivering multiple complex project initiatives
-Be part of the business engagement and solution delivery framework to manage technology initiatives across the organization, ensuring quality and value for the business stakeholders

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Higher education qualification or equivalent (master’s/bachelor’s degree, Federal diploma, etc.) or

equivalent professional experience. -Solid experience of Enterprise Program/Project Management with at least two projects/programs in the
Digital platforms and enterprise application implementations domain -Business Analyst (BA) training or hands-on experience / Business Analysis and related methodologies (e.g. BAbok)
-English on a native speaker level or French, with good command of the other language

and command of Business and Technology innovation & transformation -Competencies in managing complex programs/projects mainly in the domain of Digital platforms setup (Collaboration,
CMS/ECM-Web based solution, etc.), enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, etc.) ideally with knowledge of Office 365 and Sharepoint Online technologies -Agile delivery methodologies, but be able to manage programs that have both Agile and waterfall based
projects -Able to co-ordinate a variety of solutions into one or more projects, bringing a breadth of experience to
the projects and seeing the wider implication at all stages -Ability to express orally and in writing ideas or facts clearly and credibly with the aim of convincing and
influencing all types of interlocutor -Positive attitude, open-mindedness and high level of adaptability for a dynamic and continuously evolving environment
