Senior Program Manager - Telecommunications OSS/DSS/Wireline

Seeking senior level Program Managers with significant program and project management experience and expertise in core telecommunications operations support IT systems (OSS) including provisioning, activation, inventory, dispatch, customer care and trouble management systems. Experience with large telecommunications IT environments such as AT&T, Verizon and similar or predecessor companies. Familiar with core telco processes, products, IT and network systems.

Experience in life cycle IT delivery, program and project management, business process improvement, financial management, business metrics, roadmap and business case development, solution development, detailed implementation planning, hands-on implementation and execution, and vendor management. Ability to deliver measurable change in a dynamic technical environment. Facilitator and change manager.

Experience at the senior manager, director or VP level within the telecommunication industry, or commensurate industry and technology consulting experience.

Manage large IT programs and project portfolios in telecommunications environments. Consulting and client service delivery role. Work with WNA and telecommunications clients to develop and deliver telco IT OSS solutions.

Excellent executive level verbal and written communications and presentation skills. Bachelors degree. Graduate degree and/or PMP and telco certifications desired. 10 - 25+ years business, project management, telco IT and OSS experience required.

Some travel may be required.
