The Transversal Change, Staffing and Planning department (Finance) takes the end-to-end responsibility of the Change Programs at Finance. In this context, we
look for experienced project/program managers to assist the team in realizing the objectives of Finance

Function Description
Senior Project/Program Manager, responsible for the overall coordination, execution, control and completion of projects within the Finance department.
More specifically, the project/program manager will manage a set of projects defined in the Roadmap of Finance, i.e.
- document the project in a Project Initiation Document and have it validated by its steering
- steer the related planning, budget, resources with respect for deliverables
- federate the stakeholders and executing parties
- ensure deliverables are familiarized with all parties
- assist organization on operational activities linked to the Roadmap
- analyze (and document) the processes, systems etc. and propose improvements

The project/program manager will also animate the steering committees.
This requires tangible and hands-on skills in program-, project-, process- and/or change management, as well as knowledge of related methods and techniques (eg ADKAR).
Strict discipline in communication and follow-up of clear targets, deadlines and deliverables is a key success factor.

University degree Business Economics or Business Administration.

Experience
At least 6 years experiences in project/program management

Technical Experience
Mandatory
o Strong Project Management skills
o Expertise in process design & reengineering
o Knowledge of Banking sector
o Expertise in Business requirement, E2E analysis and test strategy
o Coaching skills (sharing best practices)
o Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferable
o Expertise in Finance processes (Budget, Forecast, Closing)
o IT skills / minded (eager to understand and discuss with IT)
o Flexibility (in peak periods extra efforts may be required)
o Experience with working in a complex organization
o Expertise in ARIS

Business Experience
