Function Description
Senior Program Manager for Optimization initiative
- Management of a projects activities:

o Ensure constant alignment with the strategic objectives of CIB
o Manage interdependencies between project and other initiatives running outside the scope
o Make sure the different project streams/targets are adequately staffed, being with internal or external workforce
o Set-up and implement a coherent roadmap, considering the business priorities, but also the staffing and budget constraints
o Make sure the issues and risks are correctly reported, prioritized, managed and escalated if need-be
o Arbitrate conflicting priorities within project stakeholders/deliverables
- Reporting / communication

o Ensure adequate reporting towards management (frequency/content)
o Set-up and organize appropriate governance (steerings, copils, …)
o Be the point of contact of the sponsors and stakeholders, and have frequent interactions with them
- Finance / Budget

o Strong demand in terms of scoping/study/business case (implementation costs/expected savings) of the initiative within
current S Writing: Fluent; Understanding: Fluent

English Speaking: Fluent; Writing: Fluent; Understanding: Fluent

Experience
Seniority is mandatory due to sensitive topic: > 10 years of experience in the domain of project management

Technical Experience
Mandatory
ThinkCell, Aris, Visio, Clarity/Workbench, GPS (BNPP Group reporting tool), MS-Project, MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint expert)

Preferable
ITIL, PMI, Prince 2, CMMI

Business Experience
Mandatory
- Management Consulting skills is a must (certification might be a plus)
- Relevant Banking experience (Corporate and Investment Banking)

Preferable
Proven track record of managing large programs (i.e. more than 2 mio euros budget a year).
