TOP DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Facilitates collaboration with cross-functional diverse groups and individuals to influence Health Care Reform (HCR) planning and execution for Colorado projects
- Works with stakeholders to document information for new project requests using established criteria
- Participates with other regional stakeholders to update project processes and key documents
- Project manages large, complex Health Care Reform program/projects for Colorado region with minimal oversight. Projects are often strategic, cross organizational, sponsored by executives and critical to regional success
- Identifies project barriers/constraints/risks, action items and provides recommendations to mitigate
- May develop and manage project plans, including defining deliverables, key milestones and critical path for projects containing multiple work streams

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Work with HCR Leads to ensure implementation of changes needed to support the Colorado Exchanges
- Function as liaison between Program Office HCR contacts which includes participation in relevant national meetings
- Maintain key regional documents in conjunction with local and national planning efforts
- Submit and share regional monthly HCR implementation status by ensuring individual project status is completed and documenting HCR summary status
- Assist in identification of the project roles and initial engagement with Program Office and engaging the right people based on current projects or issues
- Maintain regional SharePoint infrastructure for overall communications and document storage and develop/enhance relevant tools/templates
- Obtain SharePoint access for project team members and provide SharePoint training as needed
- Work with Project Lead/PM on intake of any new projects including intake slides and charter template
- Manage overall regional HCR project management processes (riskstrong presentation skills
- Effective communication skills with staff at all levels of the organization in facilitating, presenting and implementing programs
- Experience using structured organizational change methodologies to bring about effective organizational change
- SharePoint user experience, preferably SharePoint administration experience
