SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance we are looking for an experienced Program Manager. For this contract position based in Zurich Switzerland our client is looking for a German and English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. THE ROLE INVOLVES:
- Program deliverables definition and formalizes acceptance of those requirements and deliverables accordingly
- Manage the overall program plan
- Manage the Engineering, Product Management and Operational streams
- Manage PMO activities including STC, meeting structure and minutes, risks, issues and actions and dependencies management
The role will be highly visible within the end user community and will frequently help customers, suppliers and peers on technical matters related to end user desktop services. They will build high-quality desktop services and ensure the successful transition of those services into a production product/solution.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION ARE:
- Technical Infrastructure project management
- Program management
- End user technology project management skills: Desktop, Collaboration, Lync, Voice, Email, Instant Message
- PMO management skills
