Senior Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical leadership for new product/technology development projects in the areas including but not limited to Mobile Payments, Mobile Commerce, API Programs.
Gather and document requirements from all stakeholders including external partners, analyze the requirements, and assess their business and technical impacts.
Devise end-to-end architecture solutions in the products' ecosystems (including mobile commerce systems, IT systems, and wireless networks, partner systems) and work with cross-functional teams to refine and contribute to the Solution Approach baseline.
Develop project/program plans to realize the requirements, while leading, managing, tracking, and communicating the execution of the plans.
Build and manage roadmaps to support our goals and strategies.
Manage the development of initiatives from inception to launch to ensure that a high quality product is delivered to our customers, while being able to define and manage the sustainment or life cycle processes post-launch.
Coordinate and manage the work of external vendors and cross-functional teams.
Ensure technical robustness, scalability, usability and maintainability of the in-scope products and solutions.
Cultivate best practices within the cross-functional teams in terms of design standards, best practices, operations processes, etc.
Provide formalized reports on project status.

SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS:
At least seven years of experiences in mobile applications development, including certification and publication of applications for the specified platforms
A proven track record of managing and delivering mobile products or services using a Client Server based architecture involving well-defined APIs
Extensive experiences working with major US wireless carriers, including those in carriers' application certification processes
Sophisticated understanding of ecosystems in financial industry, mobile payments and its underlying technologies
Extensive experiences in integration of systems distributed across at least three partners in wireless and financial industry
Hands-on experiences in service/application quality assurance
Ability to organize and motivate large cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently to meet the objectives of the project.
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with an ability to adjust the message appropriately for the audience at hand.
Strong customer management skills
Proven success in developing and delivering presentations, including experience with PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree in a related, approved field required. Master degree in Engineering or Science preferred
