Senior Program Manager

My client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee a high profile program. The successful candidate will have extensive management, personnel, financial, vendor, program and project management skills including program design, implementation, reporting and evaluation to ensure high quality deliverables.

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications in management, program/project management, health management or information technology management and/or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of program management methodologies and application of these approaches in program environment.
- Demonstrated experience of successfully implementing ICT initiatives into a business environment, managing organisational change and the ensuring realisation of business benefits.
- Demonstrated extensive staff performance management experience including building, developing and managing professional teams to deliver high quality, customer focused outcomes, high-level interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict and effect resolution in a win-win' for all concerned.
- Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, particularly in reporting, public presentation and consultation, and the ability to negotiate and communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- High level conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to foster a culture of learning by exploring creative solutions.
