Senior Program Manager

Our Federal Government Department client are seeking a Senior Program Manager for their Canberra office.

This is an existing role (with an incumbent) and the Specified Personnel will be required to undertake:

- Integration management of the Integrated Routing and Work Management program (a complex integrated telephony, customer relationship management and work allocation system)
- Managing stakeholder engagement between business and system development teams
- Independent program and project reviews and assurance for major ICT investments
- Supporting and assisting project teams to develop detailed business plans and project plans and monitoring and reporting on performance, budgets and finance.
- Supporting development of the ICT investment portfolio
- Supporting development of IT Strategy
- Coaching and mentoring project teams
- Coaching and mentoring Strategy and Planning staff in portfolio and program management
