Senior Production Support Officer (Brussels)

Je functie: Context:
Credit Risk Solutions of this Steering Center, is responsible for the Data Collection and for the functional management of the Collecting Tools applications and the BMRC (Base
Mondiale des Risques de Crédit). Collecting Tools and the BMRC are Group Systems, which assure as well the operational business of Credit Risk Reporting, as the
implementation of the CRR project portfolio.
CRS fully manages the life cycle of all BMRC/CT projects, from request to production of the deliverable.
Within CRS, we are currently looking for an experienced production support officer assuring the user support and incident management during and beyond the monthly and
quarterly closings.

Function Description:
Your role involves:
° Assure user support during and beyond the closing
° Incident management during the closing
° Very clear and detailed understanding of the user processes Your tasks consist of:
° Functional follow-up of the monthly and quarterly closing
- pre-closing: preparation, planning, update of the referentials
- closing: incident management, preparation and animation of follow-up meetings, coordination with suppliers and users
- post closing: evaluation, action plan, follow up

till 31/12/2015 located in Brussels from 01/01/2016 till 30/06/2016 located in Paris with possible extension(s)
!!! Flexible schedule - a few days per quarter, this function requires to be accessible beyond the normal working hours
Presence is required during each quarterly closing period

° Technical follow-up of the monthly and quarterly closing
- assistance: support the users in their questions on the treatment of data in the credit risk reporting systems
- management of the referentials: collect data, coherence controls, enrichment of data, preparation of technical files to be loaded
- reporting: production of reporting representing the follow up, the control and the status of the production
- backup for the monitoring and the triggering of the runs
- documentation: description of the processes

Je profiel: Required knowledge / Experience

Education
Education
° Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
° Accurate & control minded
° Excellent reactivity to handle incidents
° Diplomatic approach
° Stress resistant (closing periods are very sensitive)
° Work in systems based environment

Experience:
° At least 7 years of relevant experience
° Proven experience as user support officer
° Incident management on information systems

Technical experience / knowledge:
° Microsoft Office
° Business objects

Mandatory:
° Proven track in user support and incident management
° End-to-end business process management (BPM)
° SQL knowledge
° Experience in Finance domains

Preferable:
° Knowledge of Credit Risk
