Senior Product Manager Job

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT TIME opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa Ana, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Develop and launch the next generation of business-to-business database information products. These products aid clients with customer acquisition and retention, financial and risk management, regulatory compliance and property development and management. Target markets include: financial services, risk and insurance, consumer goods and services, government, transportation and utilities, real estate and mortgage lending, research and information services.
- Drive the ongoing advancement and planning of the 12+ month product roadmap by working with Sales, Marketing, Development & individual clients to understand future needs and opportunities.
- Execute the product roadmap by providing direction to the product development team for product evolution and priorities, ensuring that the experience gained from external market activities, usage analysis, competitive response, and market research is reflected in future product releases.
- Defining high level customer requirements for the entire customer experience including data content, delivery interface, application features and functions, distribution methods, purchase and provisioning, fulfillment, pricing, billing and servicing.
- Develop and support alliances with key systems and content providers, integrators, E-commerce service providers and leading high technology companies to facilitate whole product solutions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients at senior management levels
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and ensure cooperation
- Ability to work independent of direction instruction or supervision to achieve goals and objectives
- Must be comfortable working with all levels of employees and management
- 5+ years of experience in product or services development
- Direct experience in real estate information or database information products is preferred
- Experience developing Web products or services
