Senior Product Manager

A Dutch local government client of mine is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join an exciting project based in The Hague. The scope encompasses both the process design and the related ICT for the entire fishing domain.

At the end of 2016, the quartermaster phase was transferred to the execution phase. In doing so, both the governance and the program organisation have been adjusted to make the program more manageable. As a result, the program has a multi-year strategic perspective and the embedding at DT level is guaranteed.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years relevant experience gained with complex ICT projects/programs (10 years)
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience with complex change processes within the national government (5 years)
- Thorough substantive knowledge about government funding and RVO in particular.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience with operating at DT level
- Experience within the national government
- Demonstrable experience with the BIT assessment framework
