Senior Product Controller - Credit Products

My client, a leading global bank, is looking for an experienced Product Controller who has extensive credit product knowledge.

Responsibilities

- To produce the daily and monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- To work closely with the Valuation team to ensure that the Front Office P&L is in line with the Back Office P&L.
- To produce the month end reporting packs including Balance Sheet substantiation.
- To provide daily and monthly management information.
- To aid development and testing of the control environment.
- To assess the balance sheet impact of any new products.
- Liaise with Financial Control on a regular basis regarding product accounting issues.
- Assist in the long term financial planning of the wider Credit portfolio area.

Requirements

- 3-5 Years Product Control experience
- Qualified Accountant (or Qualified by substantial experience)
- Extensive Credit product knowledge
- An appreciation of product valuation.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- A Strong team player.
