Senior Procurement Specialist (Projects)

Project Procurement Manager, South East, £440-£460 per day, 10 months+

A global blue chip with a focus on major construction/infrastructure projects is currently looking to add a Project Procurement Manager to their team on an initial 10 month basis. This role will provide project procurement support to a number of major packages within a £100m + spend project based in the UK as well as managing a driven team of 4.

The role is extremely project focused with tight deadlines and a rigid cost base. The successful candidate will have extensive experience across the construction industry and have comprehensive exposure to senior stakeholder management, project delivery and team management.

A large degree of procurement experience is a prerequisite, as is the need to deal with industry experts both internally and externally. The successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running and 'onboard' internal stakeholders quickly.
