IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support and advise Business Owners in the procurement of goods and services
-Ensure the implementation of subsequent procedures and guidelines and appropriate controls
-Involved in bank-wide projects in the procurement field
-Assist Business Owners in their large and/or critical procurement activities - advice in sourcing options and strategies, formulation of RFI/ITT, drafting of contracts as well as the independent leading of negotiations and management of performance reviews with suppliers and their senior management
-Ensures the maintenance of efficient and effective procurement workflows with the Procurement Policy and user requirements
-Develop of monitoring reports and related tools
-Manages budget resources as agreed with superior

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound working experience in Procurement and supervisory function
-Experience in planning, project management and staff supervision
-Ability to review and draft large and/or critical contracts in English and German
-Fluency in English and German
-University degree desirable
-Ability to motivate the team
