Senior Process Management Specialist (Brussels)

E2E Operations Invest is actively looking for a Process Management specialist to reinforce its Process Management team within the Mifid II program.
MiFID in a nutshell: When selling invest products, the Bank should (i) capture the needs of the client, (ii) offer suitable products only, (iii) give suitable advice if
requested, (iv) sell suitable products only, and (v) record and archive for 20 years all client interactions.
MiFID I was due in 2007. MiFID II, being an intensivation of the MiFID I ruling, is due YE 2016. MiFID II is part of a Group project.
The position lies within "E2E Process Management & Business Change Invest" department who is in charge of the delivery of processes & processes
documentation for Securities Handling & Private Banking business.

Function Description
The Job holder will be part of the Process & Change Management stream and s/he will report to the head of E2E Process Management Estates & Portfolio
Management (with functional reporting to the Mifid II project manager as process delivery manager).
S/He will be responsible for Process deliverables of the various Mifid II sub projects: identifying the impacted processes, the changes to be implemented in the
existing process flows or the new process flows to be designed, documenting the process changes/new processes and supporting the change management
initiatives.
S/He is therefore supposed to quickly :
- Understand the current way of working
- Understand the changes brought by the project Mifid II and the consequences for the work on the floor.

The scope of impacted processes encompasses a.o advice, reporting, pricing, customer information gathering,…etc
The position requires a close interaction with the project delivery teams from IT and from Retail and Private Banking (Marketing, Sales & Investments) but also with the
program change manager and the Securities & Private Process teams.
The job holder should be at ease reading and, understanding existing Process documentation (in French , Dutch and English) and at drafting new documentation
by the use of standard tools of the bank.

° Knowledge of Mifid II legislation context & impacts
° Experience with Business process flows principles & methodologies
° Strong knowledge and experience in securities services,
° Solid experience in communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with Processes related to Private Banking
