Major initiatives are transforming our group and its Cash Management processes. One of the objectives of the Cash Management Competence Center is
to improve our customer satisfaction by making our bank more fluid and efficient from an end-to-end perspective.
Within this changing environment, it is key to support the bank's resources and especially in embracing the new initiatives.

Function Description
Responsibilities:
The Senior Process and Change Manager in the Cash Management Competence Center Operational Excellence team will :
° Identify key processes to be examined based on customer experience to the processing of their request from an end-to-end point of view
° Simplify, streamline and fully align the cash management processes to meet our customers' needs and ensure a high-level of efficiency
° Become the interface between the different actors and enable collaboration
° Define the current issues or gaps, design 'To-Be' processes, identify gaps and necessary actions and the Business case
° Prioritize and plan process improvements based on the bank's strategy and business case analysis
° Identify the operating model and gaps within the organization ('organization design')
° Develop reports that will be presented to (senior) management level
° Assess people impact and complete the change management approach and plan
° Identify the change network and criteria to appoint 'change agents'
° Develop communication, training and deployment support material
° Define the deployment plan, support and Business Continuity Plan
° Support and coach actively users on the field
° Define reinforcement actions to ensure successful integration
° Assess the quality of the Cash Management operations in the group
Identify initiatives to improve the quality of the Cash Management operations from an end-to-end point of view

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

Experience
° Banking industry;
° Cash management and Payments;
° Quality assessments;
° Quality improvements;
° Process design and development;
° Process improvement methods;
° Process design tools as Aris and Visio;
° Operating models description and analysis;
° Organization design;
° Change management;
° ADKAR (as user);
° Reporting to senior level;
° Project Management;
10 - 15 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience
Mandatory ° MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Aris, Visio, ADKAR

Business Experience
Mandatory ° Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking
° Minimum 2 years in Cash management
° Minimum 5 years in Process mgt
° Minimum 5 years in Change mgt
° Minimum 2 years in Organisation design
° Willingness to travel to Paris on a weekly basis (1 to 3 days per week)
