Senior Process Analyst - Payments (Brussels)

The process team, in close collaboration with and support from the end-to-end process owner, is responsible to manage and improve end-to-end processes with
regards to its domain.
The domain 'payments' encorporates all activities related to the execution of payments and inquiries from customers or other banks.
In order to further improve the processes, we identified a number of backoffice process improvement opportunities. These ideas need to be further analysed, a
project plan needs to be built and improvements need to be realised in collaboration with the back office.
Specific attention is needed with regards to change management, support, alignment and coordination towards the teams that will be impacted.

Function Description
Responsibilities and deliverables:
Analysis of all back-office processes that are paper-related in order to make those processes paperless, according to a defined blueprint.
Proposal of solutions, both process and technical ideas, in order to create paperless processes.
Creation of a project plan to implement those changes, in collaboration with the back office teams.
Implementation of the changes, including change support and training.
Definition of relevant measures to assess the impact of the improvements + impact calculation.
(Contribution to) Update of related documentation to reflect the changes made.
On top of that, a number of identified processes need to be improved, together with back-office staff and with support of process team:
pragmatic description of the AS IS end-to-end processes
root cause for observed inefficiencies as well as improvement proposals from an end-to-end perspective where needed, test/"dry run" of the improvements
implementation of improvements, as well as change support definition of relevant measures to assess the impact of the
improvements + impact calculation
update of documentation
