Senior Problem/Incident Management Analyst

OUR DIRECT CLIENT IS IN NEED OF A SR. PROBLEM/INCIDENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST TO FILL A 12-MONTH CONTRACT POSITION NEAR CLEVELAND, OH.

ROLE: INCIDENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST PERFORMS INITIAL DIAGNOSIS OF INCIDENTS; ENSURES ALL INCIDENTS ARE PROPERLY LOGGED AND CATEGORIZED APPROPRIATELY; PERFORM INVESTIGATION AND DIAGNOSIS OF INCIDENTS; PERFORM RESOLUTION AND RECOVERY; ESPECIALLY OF MORE COMPLEX INCIDENTS; ASSIGN PROPER CATEGORIZATION TO EACH INCIDENT; PERFORM INCIDENT CLOSURE, INCLUDING CLOSURE CATEGORIZATION, COMPLETING INCIDENT DOCUMENTATION; DETERMINING IF IT IS AN ONGOING OR RECURRING PROBLEM.

Overtime: straight time

- 3+ years IT industry experience
- 1+ years C# and .NET development experience
- Solid analysis, problem solving and debugging skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT related discipline with at least 3+ years of related work experience, or in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, at least five or more years of related work experience.
