Senior Power Distribution Specialist

Senior Power Distribution Research Specialist is required to join a global telecoms vendor at their Engineering Centre in Sweden on a contract basis. The Engineering Centre drives prestudies on product development projects focussed on Power. The over all department has a focus on improving and researching all power related fields.

The Senior Power Distribution Research Specialist job description:
. Power distribution design in wireless Base Station product
. Responsible for the power distribution scheme analysis including the AC and DC in the cabinet and power distribution area.
. Responsible for a management of technology studies in the power distribution area.

Essential Skills and Experience:
. 4 years experience on system high level design of power distribution for Base Station.
. Extensive experience on power distribution solution for Base Station or other telecom products in total.
. Knowledge of power supply architecture for Base Station or other telecom products.
. Knowledge of low level design of power distribution and components application like fuses, circuit breaker, etc.
. Knowledge of cables design.
. Knowledge of Safety and grounding design.

Beneficial Skills and experience:
. Familiar with power and structure application standards, such as ETSI, NEBS, IEC.
. Familiar with power cables requirements of multiple European countries.

Ideal candidates will have patents and have produced several international papers.
