Je functie: Context
The Bank has launched projects in the context of PCI and the operational quality of IT. They are covered by various project leaders under 2 different programs. A clear view on Budget, Timing, scope needs to be provided and updated at all time.
The candidate the Technical Project Coordination team supporting the projects that are part of the 2 previous mentioned programs.
Function Description
The successful candidate will support and coach the Program Manager, helping him in defining and implementing the Program management framework, processes and tools, i.e. Progress, Budget, Scope, Risks follow up & reporting. He will also centralize & summarize the different reports and ensuring accurate reporting at the different program levels.
He/She will support and coach the Program and Project Managers, helping them in:
° Defining the projects key objectives, deliverables and planning.
° Reporting (progress, budget, scope) to Program Management and Steering Committee.
° Preparing the Steering Committee.
° Preparing presentations, minutes.
° Following-up the actions and if necessary reporting on deviations as soon as possible to the involved governance level.
° Pro-actively highlight and document Risks, Issues, Mitigation Actions, Trade-offs and Status.
° Executing ad-hoc tasks.

Duration 6 months - extension is possible

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
Languages Requirement
Dutch Native / good level in second language
French Native / good level in second language

Experience
3-5 years of experience in PMO.
Technical Experience
Mandatory
Able to support & coach projects involving multiple stakeholders with many requirements in complex organizational structures.
Able to challenge Project Managers in order to achieve the necessary results.
Strong writing skills.
Familiar with methodologies like Prince2 or Harmony.
Sound knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,…
Preferable
Specific knowledge/understanding about IT infrastructure.
Specific knowledge/understanding about banking compliance and processes.
Experience with Clarity and OWB.
Business Experience
