Senior PMO for FSMA / Mifid (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
The Bank has launched projects around Mifid requirements. They are covered by various project leaders under a single program. A clear view on Budget, Timing, scope needs to be provided and updated at all time.
Function Description
The successful candidate will be part of the "Invest" Demand, Portfolio, Capacity & Risk mgt department, within IT.
He/She will support and coach the Program Manager, helping him in defining and implementing the Program mgt framework, processes and tools, i.e. Progress, Budget, Scope, Risks follow up & reporting. He will also centralize & summarize the different reportings and ensuring accurate reporting at the different program levels.
As a member of the Core Team of the Program, he will ensure funding, budget & capacity are under control, making forecast and ensuring the link with the finance departments. He will also be responsible of the Program configuration mgt tools (sharepoint, …)
He/She will support and coach the Project Managers, helping them in:
° Defining the projects key objectives, deliverables and planning
° Reporting (progress, budget, scope) to Program Management and Steering Committee.
° Planning (MS Project, Clarity and OWB)
° Following-up the actions
° Preparing presentations, minutes
° Pro-actively highlight Risk, Issues, Mitigation Action, Trade-offs, Status
° Executing ad-hoc tasks

3-5 years of experience in Project mgt, preferably in large & complex projects/programs environment, 3-5 years in PMO
Technical Experience
Mandatory
Able to support & coach projects involving multiple businesses with many
requirements in complex organizational structures.
Specific knowledge/understanding about banking compliance and processes.
Strong writing skills
Familiar with methodologies like Prince2, PMBOK, Harmony
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Preferable
Experience with Clarity and OWB
