Senior PMO - Cloud

For a client of ours, a major player in the financial services industry, Swisslinx is searching for an experienced LOCAL PMO for a 6 month extendable contract in Zurich.

The responsibilities of the position are as follows:

- Meeting Minutes, PSB or related meetings
- Preparation of slides for PSB, SAM, SPS Townhalls
- On/off-boarding of project employees, seat planning
- Project Documentation, ShP updates, maintain/improve document structure
- Tracking/chasing of deliverables/tasks in the various sub-streams
- RAID logs management
- Resource planning with stream leads
- Cloud fair organization
- Meeting setups, room reservations
- Delivering ideas of improving the PMO tasks
- Any other administrative/logistical task related to the cloud initiative

We are looking for a PMO with 7-8 years of experience with the above tasks within IT Infrastructure projects and programmes. Preference will go to candidates with Infrastructure as a Service & Platform as a Service experience.
