At what is a time of significant growth for the Society, we have two excellent opportunities for contract Senior PMO Analysts to work with our Change Planning and Assurance department.

As Senior PMO Analyst you will be working within an established project/programme supporting the Project/Programme Manager by collating, maintaining and analysing data to produce relevant information and complete routine and ad-hoc management reports.

In addition, you will provide direction, guidance and assistance to project/programme teams to ensure that standard governance and control processes and procedures are followed and contribute to the maintenance and provision of project/programme information relating to plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, financials, risks and issues.

OTHER DELIVERABLES WILL INCLUDE:
Critically review the project/programme plan and highlight key milestones to be achieved in the coming period;
Maintain project/programme information in the project management tool including undertaking timesheet and month-end processing and capturing/logging project resource utilisation;
Maintain project/programme level financial data in order to facilitate budget tracking.

SKILLS:
Previous Senior PMO Analyst/project management experience essential;
Industry standard project and programme methodologies;
Industry standard PMO processes and methodologies;
Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and SharePoint skills;
Experienced in the use of project and portfolio management tools;
Project/programme progress report production and analysis to differing levels of stakeholders;
RAID and change management experience;
Proactive, forward looking, flexible attitude with the ability to challenge constructively - knows how to get things done;
Good verbal and communication skills;
Strong attention to detail with the ability to deal with ambiguity;
Excellent facilitation and organisational skills to effectively support project/programme management processes.

EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in a Senior PMO Analyst/project management role;
Experience of working on large, complex programmes;
Experience of using different project methodologies eg waterfall, agile etc.;
Experience of configuration management;
Experience of managing change;
Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders;
Experience of producing project/programme progress reports;
Experience of using a range of industry standard best practices in project, programme and portfolio planning and control;
Experience of working within the financial services industry
