SENIOR PMO ANALYST
EXPERIENCE
- PMO analyst/Senior PMO analyst (3+ years)
- Good knowledge of Banking and Financ
- Ability to deal with a wide range of people including challenging stakeholders
- Experience of working in large scale Project Teams and producing associated PMO outputs
- Advanced knowledge of all standard Microsoft applications (Including MS Project, Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
- Ability to create PMO processes, guidance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce programme project plans,
- RAID logs
- Support the management of Programme Dependencies. Liaising with other Business Units and Stakeholders as applicable
- Manage Change Control
- Produce various forms of MI and analysis
- Schedule, facilitate and minute key meetings and workshops. Track all actions.
- Pro-actively manage information received from business stakeholders and positively challenge where required
The organisation is based in Brussels and is looking to acquire an experienced SENIOR PMO Analyst/ PMO Analyst for an initial 6 month contract. There is an opportunity for extension for the right individual.
