Je functie: Context
Within the new IT organisation, the recently created new domain : Digital Banking for enterprises (B2B) aims to further improve and evolve his functioning in Agile mode.
The Candidate will join the entity IT Demand, Project & portfolio management, supporting demandBusiness area's/functionalities, customer/users impacts, workload within the various IT domains, BL's or métiers.
° Set-up detail roadmap to monitor capacity peaks, in order to take ad-hoc measures - Internal, Externals & sourcing
° Recurrent process to ensure continuous update of the roadmap.
° Set-up portfolio board governance bodies at various management levels (including integration with IC, Demand, studies, etc.)
° Set-up roadmap & reporting template (supported by excel macro, clarity extract and other standard tools used in the bank)
