AREA OF WORK
The successful candidate will work as part of a small team dealing with a challenging and varied planning and regeneration caseload including judicial reviews, planning inquiries, committee work, along with the negotiation and completion of complex and high value s106 planning agreements, and will be required to deliver high quality legal advice to a range of internal clients. The scale of development is unique and this is a great opportunity for candidates looking to further their experience on large strategic schemes.
On occasion, the Head of Legal Services may exceptionally agree to additional hours being worked if circumstances require.
