Senior Planning Demand Analyst

My client leading oil and gas and Energy Company are recruiting a senior demand planning analyst.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Work with the internal and broader stakeholders in the programmes of work in the resource management capacity, to capture enterprise systems, SAP, resource demand throughout the project life cycle, to include planned and un- planned demand.
- Provide support, control and governance of the resource management process through the provision and utilization of correct demand capture tools.
- Ensure that Enterprise system SAP resource demand is both captured and submitted in a timely and accurate manner to ensure optimized resource utilisation.
- Facilitation of verification and qualification of the demand to ensure that resources are available at the right time of the project.
- Resource management MI, data reporting, and analysis to include the status of the open roles
- Review the resource data weekly and work with the offshore teams to ensure data quality,
- Work with the programme to capture demand for the following year, as part of the annual planning cycle, to inform portfolio do-ability.
- Work to continually improve the resource management process and tools through working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with Demand team to ensure all risks are raised and appropriately manage.
- Must have energy and oil and gas sector experience.
