Senior Planner - Glasgow £40k

Planning Engineer/ Project Planner Glasgow Circa £40,000 p/a plus benefits package I'm currently recruiting on behalf of my Glasgow based Energy company as they now require an experienced Planning Engineer to join their growing Engineering & Construction division. The overall purpose of this role is to create, monitor and update programme of works for engineering & construction projects (with a value in excess of £100million) using IT tools - ensuring regular reports on project performance is provided to assist and deliver projects on time and within budget. All of this must be achieved whilst also achieving excellent customer service. Required skills/Experience - Previous commercial experience of configuration and arrangements of transmission networks infrastructures (essential) - ideally substations & overhead lines - Strong background in working with planning software: Primavera, MS Project etc - Thorough experience planning engineering and construction works with portfolios - Excellent communication skills: fluent in English - Multidisciplinary experience This is an exciting role and in return for your expertise, will offer you the opportunity to challenge yourself with a rewarding career, offering you a competitive salary & full benefits package.
