Senior PL/1 Developer, Banking (Contract, Zürich)

For our client, an international bank based in Switzerland, Swisslinx are looking for a Senior PL/1 Developer.

This is a 6 month contract starting ASAP with a strong likelihood of extension.

You will work with an application that will provide key functionality such as transation monitoring for Anti Money Laundering, regulatory reporting etc.

In order to be considered you will possess the following skills:

- Great experience in Mainframe technologies especially in PL/1, ChangeMan and JCL development
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization
- Command of conceptual Database Modelling as well as strong knowledge of DB2 technology
- Strong knowledge of Scripting SQL queries
- Fluent in English and German would be an advantage
