Senior Pipelines Inspector

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Construction (fabrication, Installation and pre-commissioning) of the site works for the Pipeline Project.
- Support the Project Pipeline Q.C. Engineer in the delivery of Quality and integrity management for the project in Nigeria.
- Monitor execution of all EPCSS Contractor Inspection and test procedures
- Oversee EPCSS CONTRACTOR during all Construction, (fabrication, Installation and pre-commissioning) activities in UK
- Manage, Co-ordinate and Mentor inspectors, some as trainees.

Main Activities:
- Review and comment on contents of CONTRACTOR QA/QC and Inspection procedures
- Ensure that all equipment/plant arriving at site is in "as shipped condition" and compliant with specified product.
- Review and comment on CONTRACTOR Inspection and Test Plans ITP(s)
- Witness CONTRACTOR qualification tests (WPQT, WPS, NDT etc)
- Supervise and co-ordinate COMPANY Hold/ Monitor/Witness inspection activities
- Review Inspection Reports and Quality Record Books of EPCSS Contractor.
- Assist the Project Pipeline Q.C. Engineer in the Preparation of COMPANY final dossier for hand over to the Operations Group
- Report Non Conformities and Non Compliant Actions to Project Pipeline Q.C. Engineer.

Other Activities:
- Liaise with other disciplines for QC and Inspection matters on site(s) Both Project Pipeline Team and EPCSS Contractor.
- Evaluate EPCSS Contractors QC team performance on site(s) and report same to Project Pipeline Q.C. Engineer.
- Provide QC and Inspection input as required.
- Promote a culture of Safety first and Environmental Awareness.
