Senior Physiologist - Gastroenterology

Seattle, WA area medical diagnostics company seeks a motivated and experienced physiologist with emphasis on gastrointestinal physiology. The candidate will use excellent communication skills to assist the medical department by answering questions from clients. The incumbent must be able to explain tests and their limitations effectively.

The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of analytical methods. Good team working skills and organizational capabilities are required. Must be able to operate in a regulated environment under CLIA guidelines. A knowledge of physiology and pathophysiology of the gastrointestinal system is sought.

Diagnos-Techs, Inc. is the premier laboratory in non-invasive medical testing, primarily saliva testing. We also do stool testing for parasitology and bacteriology. We have been in business since 1987 and we receive between 1.2 and 1.4 million specimens a year. The laboratory operates weekdays from 07:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
