Senior Performance Tester - Daily Rate

PERFORMANCE TEST ENGINEER - DAILY RATE - DUBLIN CITY CENTRE (UP TO €450 PER DAY)

Dublin City Centre (6 months+)

TYPICAL ACTIVITIES

- Ensure quality for our applications by validating Performance, Stability, Scalability, and Reliability in our software solutions.
- Participate in the development, integration and coordination of cross-organization performance test projects, designing, developing, executing and reporting on Application Performance, Stability, Scalability, and Reliability tests.
- DRIVE the constant improvement of our Performance Test practices
- Work proactively with members of an Agile team to find, debug, troubleshoot and fix performance issues.
- Communicate formal performance/scalabilityanalysis reports and status updates in a timely manner to the Agile team

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCEdistributed testing, large volume results analysis and plugin development.
- Mandatory-Strong technical experience with load testing technologies and workflows.
- Manadatory-5+ years Performance testing experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience developing your own testing tools to facilitate performance testing is a major plus
- Ability to work as part of a self-directed Agile team;
- Provide support and mentoring to distributed project teams on performance activities.
