Senior Performance Test Engineer - HP Loadrunner

Our direct client, a major insurance company, in Mayfield Village, OH is looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer for a 1 year contract position. Extensions likely. Candidates must work W-2 and onsite. Sponsorship is available if that is of importance. HP LoadRunner experience is required.

Required:

- HP LoadRunner (version 9.5 and above) tool - creating scripts, creating scenarios, able to execute the tests, analyze the results, create reports
- Experienced in executing performance tests for highly complex applications
- Demonstrated ability at advanced troubleshooting and problem solving issues and able to pay close attention to details
- Proven application of industry-standards, methodology, and terminology relating to software quality assurance and performance testing

Plusses:

- Strong technical and programming knowledge including C#/.NET, automation frameworks, XML, HTML/HTML5
- Understand Server technologies - IIS, Event logs, Perf Mon and load distribution technologies (Big-IP)
- Understand the processes for code deployment and configuration management
- Experience in creating SQL queries to identify trends from the performance logs
