Senior Performance Management Specialist

Looking for a Senior Performance Manager for a long-term assignment, working for a leading bank in Amsterdam. You will work for in the IT Performance and Portfolio Management department which is part of the IT Services Office.

This department is helping the Senior Management to make strategic decisions based on analysis. You need to be a true connector and you will use your consultancy skills to help Senior Managers in making the right decisions and helping them reach their targets. You will also use your experience to make process improvements in the Management information.

We are looking for a driven personality, who can take on a challenge and a true connector who can take on a challenge and who can increase performance at all management levels.

Skills

- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- Master's degree
- Experience working as a performance manager in an IT service organisation
- Experience working for an enterprise organisation
- Experience working with Obeya/Lean Methodology
- Experience working in a BI change environment
- Strong personality
