Senior Performance Analyst - (Marketing and Commercial)

My client a leading energy provider in the UK currently requires Senior Performance Analyst for a contract opportunity. The Person required shall manage and report on Monthly Financial & Operational performance of the Customers Business with specific focus on Marketing.

Role requires significant monthly stakeholder management working with Marketing teams to support and challenge their Finances The main job purpose is to accurately reflect and report on actual and Fore-casted spend on a monthly basis and to highlight any potential risks and opportunities as a result of stakeholder meetings.

Professional qualification and/or equivalent experience within Finance

Strong numerical, modelling and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage Stakeholders across the business

Demonstrable track record of identifying areas of improvements

An understanding of the Energy sector and/or experience of another professional industry

Proficient IT skills, such as Excel etc

Able to understand the changing market conditions and the impact upon the professional area

A self starter and committed team player with strong customer service focus

Ability to prioritise conflicting activities and work under pressure

Ability to assess the financial implications of operations decisions

Ability to identify areas of improvements to optimise efficiency

Act with integrity and confidentiality

Committed to continuous improvement and development of skills and knowledge
