SENIOR PERFORMANCE ANALYST

£250- £350 DOE

The ideal candidate will work as part of a team and be responsible for ensuring that key activity data and information is collected, analysed and presented to operational staff within the Trust.

You will work closely with clinicians, managers and other staff to identify their information requirements and develop appropriate solutions to meet these needs. This includes a requirement to develop and deliver operational procedures on behalf of clinical teams.

Working to the Performance Manager, the ideal candidate will take a proactive role in the development of a responsive performance management service and have an excellent understanding of operational standards, information datasets and key performance measures.

You will be expected to ensure data collection processes are robust and documented, whilst supporting clinical staff to exploit the technology available to their service. These processes should comply with mandated requirements and data quality standards.
