Senior Performance Analyst

Based within our Newbury Head Office, your role within the Performance team will be responsible for the development and maintenance of a suite of reports and dashboards to deliver a performance management framework that will report progress and trending across the Property Services Directorate.

Excellent communication skills are required to ensure reports are clear, concise and easy to understand. Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential, together with attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines. Experience of data extraction and collection, analysis and production of high quality summary data is required.

You will possess advanced Excel skills, and an ability to use reporting tools (eg Hummingbird or Crystal).
