SENIOR PENSIONS BUSSINESS ANALYST
6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

£45K - £55K

Our Client is a global consulting leader in talent, health, investments and retirement. They have a global team of professional services companies who offer and advise their client's Human Capital, Strategy and Risk Solutions.

The client is urgently seeking an Senior Business Analyst for an internal change/improvement projects.

You will have the ability to carry out your required duties to a high standard on significant high-risk projects.

Key Skills

- ISEB/BCS Diploma in Business Analysis
- Financial services background, ideally within the pensions industry
- Circa 10 years experience
- Possess a sound business background with the ability to think on both a creative and strategic level. Ideally with pensions/financial services experience
- Have a good track record of delivering project deliverables to deadline.
- Be experienced in delivering presentations, briefings and project updates to senior management and project stakeholders
- Experienced in requirements elicitation, analysis, management and documentation
- Experience of working within a project management environment to a formal methodology
- Experienced in applying formal analysis techniques
- Demonstrates ability to take on individual responsibility and work as part of a larger team
- Demonstrates ability to initiate change and process improvements
- Be an excellent communicator and have exceptional interpersonal skills, strong problem solver with sound analytical and diagnostic skills
- You will be able to articulate both business and technical terms, and be a strong team player with mentoring skills

This fixed term contract will be paid through the client as if you were an employee, benefits such as car allowance would apply.
