SENIOR PEGA LSA (LEAD SYSTEM ARCHITECT)
LOCATION: Belgium
RATES: €650-€1000 Euros Per Day
DURATION: 18 Month Contract
I am currently looking for an experienced SENIOR PEGA LSA to join my client headquartered in Belgium.
This is a long term contract opportunity for a SENIOR PEGA LSA (LEAD SYSTEM ARCHITECT) to join.
- Must be a seasoned PEGA certified (ADVANCED CERTIFICATION OR LSA PART2) Lead System Architect (LSA).
- 10+ years of overall experience
- Minimum 5+ years of PEGA hands on experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills. Should be able to steer a team of 10+ junior team members located offshore.
- Responsible for overall PEGA code quality, component designs, Guardrails and best practices within delivery space
- Participates/liaises with PEGA excellence forum to take platform level steer and decisions into delivery
- Lead by example on complex tech delivery issues, help other developers and LSAs as needed
- Pick up cross-platform issues to fix, bring multiple streams together to deliver a coherent product
- Telco background preferred
