Senior PDS Piping Designer Job

SENIOR PDS PIPING DESIGNER needed for a six (6) month contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Baytown, TX.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- PIPING AND EQUIPMENT DESIGN EXPERIENCE
- PROFICIENCY WITH MICROSTATION PDS DESIGN
- INDUSTRIAL OR CHEMICAL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Verify existing piping conditions to support model development Isometric details and support details development
- Design Lead with limited design supervision. Report directly to Client Manager at Site
- Supervise the work of Junior Designers.
- Overtime Required

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- 15 - 25 years design experience, minimum of ten (10) years PDS design experience of developing equipment models, piping arrangements and equipment general arrangement drawings
- Proficient with Microstation/PDS design. Recent 7.1 version PDS experience (Last two months)
- Experience developing piping installation isometric details in accordance with site standards.
- Field site work required
- Ability to work/function as Area Design Lead with limited design supervision
- INDUSTRIAL OR CHEMICAL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
