Senior Organizational Change Manager. Business Transformation

Senior Change Manager - English speaking. A global market leader in the Logistics area are searching for a Senior Change Manager based in Berlin for a 6 month + project. We would pay from ?600-?750 per day, dependant on Seniority. Responsibilities; The Senior Change Manager has the following responsibilities:

- Develop an overall integrated Programme, IS Change Management and Communication Plan across the different IS domains
- Plan and support Management IS Executive Stakeholder Management
- Develop and execute Project IS Strategic Communication
- Stakeholder analysis and engagement

Requirements;

- Experience in business transformations involving enabling IS elements
- Extensive work experience on IT projects and in complex environments
- Proven track in change management expertise such as change management practices/tools, stakeholder management, training strategy, communication, organizational impact analysis
- Strong expertise in Strategic Stakeholder Management
- International experience of at least 5 years, intercultural competence
- Good knowledge of Project Management best practices
- English Speaking
