Senior Organizational Change Manager - PROSCI - ADKAR - ITIL - Pharmaceutical - Switzerland

NextLink is having an existing position within Organisational Changer Management area.

The project is purpose is to plan and prepare a transition from a local to a regional User Service Desk at the Shared Service Centre in Budapest.

As OCM Consultant, you will have a profound experience with PROSCI in two or more organizational change management projects.

You will be responsible for stakeholder analysis and associated Change Management and Communications Plans.

The OCM Consultant should keep all stakeholders informed and engaged, resulting in positive influence to the organisational change management.

Task and responsibilities (all in accordance with the Prosci - ADKAR methodology):
Stakeholder Management
Development of Targeted Stakeholder Communication Plans
Development of Targeted Stakeholder Change Management Plans

Requirements:

PROSCI and ADKAR experience/certification

- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, influencing and negotiating skills and flexibility required (very strong personal skills)
- Significant experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple work-streams and managing organization change (multitasking skills)
- Fluent in English (very good, written and spoken, native speaker preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in full life cycle of two or more Organizational Change Management projects in a complex Matrix environment
- Development and implementation of Communication Plans and Change Management Plans and Experience with PROSCI
- Project Management Certification, ITIL certification
- A demonstrated ability to manage internal project team stakeholders in addition to end users, business stakeholders and operational teams is important
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required as a critical success factor for this role as is the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders

Nice to Haves:

+++ Experience in a Pharmaceutical environment Knowledge of PMO,

+++ Project Management, Process Management, IT Application Management,

+++ IT Service Management, Organizational Change Management, Facilities

+++ Infrastructure, Human Resources and Training would be of assistance Flexible to travel internationally Must have proven experience in working with and coordinating regionalized project teams and virtual teams spread across most global time-zones.

+++ Other languages is a plus: German (more important), Italian, French,

+++ Spanish
