Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
Experience in WORKSHOP FACILITATION
CERTIFICATION IN CHANGE METHODOLOGIES
Ability to work across multiple international time zones (late afternoon/early evening work required in the EU)
Ability to travel internationally both within and outside of the EU when required;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent GERMAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS (both mandatory)
IT WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
University degree in Communication Management preferred
Project management experience
Experience in a GxP laboratory, manufacturing and technical development environment
