Senior Organizational Change Manager (Identity and Access Management)

For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a:

SENIOR ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER (IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT)

MAIN TASKS:

- Work with 3 OCM project leads to design communication guidelines and standards for each project
- Create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
- Develop and manage online and social media channels, incl content creation and
- coordinate with owners of global channels
- Assist in the implementation of OCM activities, incl. events, trainings, etc
- Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
- Identify additional OCM activities that will ensure the success of the projects
- Ready to travel internationally up to 50% of working time at peaks

REQUIREMENTS:

- University degree in Communication Management preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience in multinational company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
- Experience in change projects, and an interest in change methodologies such as Prosci
- Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
- Excellent English language skills (ideally English native/fluent speaker);
- Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with Google Suite
- Experience with Identity and Access Management Platforms (such as Sailpoint) preferred
