SENIOR ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER - IAM - SWITZERLAND

We are looking for an experienced Senior Organizational Change Manager to work for a Global pharmaceutical company for an IT process rollout (Identity & Access Management Space)

6 month+ extend contract with a FANTASTIC daily rate.

BACKGROUND

The in house IAM platform (Identity & Access Management) powered by SailPoint IdentityIQ moves from planning to implementation, this global role will play a key part in embedding change across the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Communications and Organisational Change Management specialist (OCM)

The role will assist three separate projects that all share a common theme on Identity & Access Management (IAM). The role will be reporting to the Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Leads within each of the three CIDM projects. The job holder will support them in managing the company-wide change caused by the platform introduction. The focus is on creating and implementing change communications around new and changed processes on digital identity handling as well as identifying and supporting the creation of the required trainings. Existing in house standards and services for Comms and OCM shall be identified and leveraged as much as possible.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
- Experience in change projects, and an interest in change methodologies such as Prosci
- Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
- Excellent English language skills (ideally English native speaker)
- Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with Google Suite
- Experience with Identity and Access Management Platforms (such as Sailpoint) preferred
