Senior Organizational Change Manager (OCM) - Identity and Access Management
Pharmaceutical company - Kaiseraugst, Basel area - 8 month contract - 460 CHF per day

One of the top 10 leading pharmaceutical companies is currently looking for an Organisational change management (OCM) specialist within the identification and access management space.

The successful professional will be assisting with multiple projects sharing an identity and access management theme. Your focus will be creating and implementing change communications and new and existing processes on digital identity as well as locating and assisting with the development of required training.

Responsibilities:
*Co-operate with multiple Organisational change management (OCM) leads to develop communication guidelines and standards for each project.
*Able to travel internationally potentially up to half of your working days (mainly Madrid).
*Prepare and oversee OCM workshops, as well as assisting in OCM activities and training to assure success of individual projects.
*Develop and monitor global metrics and feedback (Surveys, reviews etc). As well as managing online and social media channels (content creation and co-ordinating with global channels)

Qualifications:
*Experience with identity and access management platforms.
*5 years experience in change management and a knowledge/interest in relevant methodologies.
*Examples of co-ordinating successful change management activities in projects.
*Fluent English language, both spoken and written. Furthermore, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Interest in new technologies.
*Familiar with google suite.
*Communication management degree preferred.
