SENIOR ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER/CHANGE MANAGEMENT/GOOGLE SUITE
My client is a Global System Integrator with a t/o in excess of $6bn and presence in over 31 countries worldwide, this particular project is to be based onsite with one of their major Pharmaceutical accounts. GIOS Technology are looking to support them with a senior organisation change manager
PURPOSE:
The role will assist three separate projects that all share a common theme on Identity & Access Management (IAM). The role will be reporting to the Organizational Change Management (OCM)Leads within each of the three CIDM projects. The job holder will support them in managing the company-wide change caused by the platform introduction. The focus is on creating and implementing change communications around new and changed processes on digital identity handling as well as identifying and supporting the creation of the required trainings. Existing in-house standards and services for Comms and OCM shall be identified and leveraged as much as possible.
WORKING LANGUAGE IS ENGLISH. HIGH PROFICIENCY IN WORKING VIRTUALLY IS A MUST.
Location: Kaiseraugst (Basel Area)
TASKS
? Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with Google Suite
? Experience with Identity and Access Management Platforms (such as Sailpoint) preferred
