SENIOR ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER AND COMMUNICATION LEAD - ENGLISH - BASEL AREA - SWITZERLAND

NextLink is having an existing position as a SENIOR OCM for global projects in Basel area, Switzerland.

Here is the job description:

Working language is English. High proficiency working in virtual teams is a must.

General information:
- Start date: 19.02.2018
- Latest start date: 12.03.2018
- End date: 31.12.2018
- Extension: An extension is planned, needs to be approved.
- Work location: Basel area
- Workload: 100%
- Travelling: up to 10% to 20%

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Identity Management for SAP Project manager and partner with various client Stakeholder groups within and outside of Group IT
- Ensure OCM activities are aligned with the project timeline and key milestones and are integrated with other work streams as required
- Lead & oversee all aspects of change-, communications-, and training management activities
- Identify additional OCM activities that will ensure the success of the projects eg anticipate, plan and manage resistance points and risks
- Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops with Stakeholders from varying levels
- Develop and manage online and social media channels, including content creation and coordinate with owners of global channels
- Plan and actively participate in communication and training material creation
- International travel required occasionally

Must Haves:
- University degree in Change Management, Communication Management or related area
- 10+ years of relevant experience in multinational companies (ideally as OCM Manager and Communications Lead)
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in leading and mentoring project teams on relevant engagements
- Strong track record of leading complex OCM projects
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization and diverse cultures
- Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership on large global change efforts
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent English language skills (ideally English native/fluent speaker)
- Ability to work across multiple international time zones

Nice to Haves:
- Background in various OCM methodologies such as PROSCI, ChangeFirst, APMG
- Strong interest in new technologies and particularly familiarity with the Google Suite
- Experience with Identity and Access Management Platforms preferred
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or highly regulated environment is an asset
