For our well-known client in Basel we're looking for a Senior Organizational Change Manager for a 6 months project.
Job title: Senior Organizational Change Manager (Communication & Collaboration)
Location: Basel
Duration: 01.07.2017 - 31.12.2017
Workload: 100%
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for defining, overseeing, and executing communication and change management program supporting the rollout of new data privacy regulation, impacting all global functions and departments, incl. IT, HR, Marketing, Research.
* Accountable for and supporting the implementation of OCM activities, incl. events, information, and training sessions
* Design and management of communication and change management plans for entire project
* Oversee set up and management of global and local change agent network
* Lead change agents, instructional designers, and subject matter experts
* Create and manage metrics and report on project level metrics and relevant KPIs
Qualifications:
* PROSCI or equivalent Change Management Certification Project Management Certification
* 8+ years of experience in full life cycle of two or more larger scale global Organizational Change Management projects in a complex Matrix environment
* Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, influencing and negotiating skills and flexibility
* Significant experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple workstreams and managing organization change
* Development and implementation of Communication Plans and Change Management Plans
* Experience with rollout of legal/compliance/regulatory projects
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required as a critical success factor for this role as is the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
* Outstanding presentation skills, incl. preparation of PowerPoint decks for senior level management
* Excellent English language skills (ideally English native/fluent speaker)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
* Structured approach, problem-solver, can-do attitude, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
* Used to work under time pressure, with set timelines
* Familiar with Google Suite (Gmail, Gdrive, etc.)
Nice to Haves:
+++ Experience in a Pharmaceutical environment
+++ Knowledge of data protection regulations, ideally EU GDPR
+ German language skills a plus
